All Grants Criteria

-Application must be complete, all required questions must be answered.

-Must possess a program license at the time of application.

-Submit a valid EIN (Employer Identification Number) indicated on the application. Example of EIN

-Have answered all related income tax information on the application.

Capital Grant Criteria:

-Must provide a detailed summary of expansion project. How will the expansion project expand the number of childcare slots in your program, or expand services by hours of operation, culturally specific and or developmentally specific.

**Priority will be given to applications that add more slots per dollar amount requested.

-Must have proof of homeownership or have a Landlord Agreement signed. (Our landlord agreement is available for download).

Equipment Grant Criteria:

-Provide an itemized list with details and prices of equipment to be purchased of up to $3,000.

Supplemental Staffing Grant Criteria:

-Provide proof of current staff pay (paystubs or timecard)

-If hiring staff provide job posting with detailed job summary along with hours and pay for future staff.

Grant Submission of Documents:

-We will review and score all applications based on criteria listed on our, (Grants Criteria Overview).

-Provider Services Fund will then contact those who have been selected to move on to the next phase of our pre-approval process. We will communicate what documents we need providers to submit according to their grant request. This communication will be done via email. **Please be sure to check your spam inbox.
