Build a Better Business Cohort

Join a cohort to connect and learn alongside other child care providers through the Oregon Association for the Education of Young Children (ORAEYC). The Building a Business cohort is a 6-month deep dive into topics designed to help you succeed in your growing business. You’ll have the opportunity to explore modules like creating your business plan, policies & quality, planning environments, managing staff, and partnering with families and community. These learning modules are guided by Oregon certified Master Trainers and are designed to be interactive learning experiences where you’ll build connections and explore the topics with peers also growing their businesses as well as experienced coaches.

The cohort includes 5 live online Master Training sessions, materials to support your business, and individual coaching. The live online sessions are held on the following Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30pm
